4 December 2007 – The Project Launch meeting took place in Zhytomyr with the participation of representatives of the Regional State Administration, healthcare managers, project experts, journalists

24 October 2007 – Memorandum of cooperation was signed between Project and the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration
