General Report

The General Report «Reforming Secondary Healthcare in Ukraine: Background and Options» was presented on 30 September 2008 in the course of the Third Project Steering Committee Meeting. This Report summarizes the EU-Ukrainian experience in SHC and suggests options for a way forward with the SHC reform.
